The Final Rule was released last Friday, November 28, and this webinar will cover new details not available during the Fall 2025 Home Care Connection tour. CMSs CY 2026 Home Health PPS Final Rule updates payment rates and includes policy, quality reporting, and program integrity changes. Instead of the proposed $60 cut per 30-day period, CMS finalized a smaller net decrease of about $19, based on updated 2024 PDGM data. Overall, CMS estimates a $220 million (-1.3%) drop in Medicare home health payments for 2026.
