HCAF: Tracking Expenditures of Medicare Emergency Relief Funds

This webinar will take agencies through the Medicare Emergency Relief Fund criteria for tracking and reporting on how agencies spent the funds that were received from the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services (HHS). When the funds were announced it appeared that there were “no strings attached”. If you think something is too good to be true, it usually is! While the funds do not have to be repaid to HHS, home health agencies will have to track what it is spent on and report quarterly. Don’t make the mistake of thinking that you will worry about this later — you need to track every penny.
