HCAF: RCD with Palmetto GBA

The Medicare Review Choice Demonstration (RCD) begins in Florida on May 4, 2020, coinciding with the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and the new Patient-Driven Groupings Model (PDGM) payment overhaul.
