Florida's Private Duty home care market continues to expand. In part, this growth can be explained by the increasing number of Baby Boomers entering the home care market every day, who are in need of quality care in the comfort of their own homes. Growing pains are associated with this expansion, including increased competition, staffing shortages, salary demands, programmatic shifts, and regulatory requirements.
