Description
With the ever changing regulations regarding the provision of therapy services in home care and the push for electronic documentation, therapists struggle with how to adequately document the services that they provide in order to prove their case that the services provided were reasonable and necessary. This session will focus on the top reasons why therapy services are denied and how to avoid these mistakes. Attendees will also learn the critical elements contained in quality therapy documentation as well as how to engage your current therapy staff and contractors to tighten up their documentation, leaving little room for speculation by auditors and possible denial.
