Description

"Since the Jimmo v. Sebelius settlement over four years ago, providers are still left wondering how to appropriately provide reasonable and necessary skilled maintenance therapy to those truly in need of such services. With vague guidance from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and Palmetto GBA, providers are worried they will be denied reimbursement when providing maintenance therapy services. This webinar will provide attendees with a better understanding of the standards governing the provision of maintenance therapy under the Medicare home health benefit as well as how to properly identify patients who are eligible to receive services under this benefit."
