HCAF: National Personal Care Workforce Data Study

A new data study conducted by the National Association for Home Care & Hospice (NAHC) and MissionCare Collective examined over 65,000 personal care workers across more than 90 data sources that identified seven personas of today's workers and key motivators and drivers to recruit, engage and retain caregiver talent. This month's chat will review the findings of the report, which will be distributed to all attendees.
