The Patient-Driven Groupings Model (PDGM) was implemented as a replacement for the Medicare Home Health Prospective Payment System (HH PPS) in January 2020. This webinar will take a deep dive into the PDGM lessons learned to date, how COVID-19 affected the rollout, and what we may be seeing in 2022.
