HCAF: Prepare for IMPACT! Webinar for Home Health Agencies in Preparation for the IMPACT Act (SN, OT, ST - 1.5)

How will the IMPACT Act impact you? Will it be a pebble in a pond or a humongous meteorite colliding with your world ending life as you know it?! Not sure, and have too many other things to worry about these days? Don’t be overwhelmed, but don’t bury your head in the sand either! Instead, join this webinar that will discuss the IMPACT Act in detail and let J’non break it down and explain exactly what to expect. Congress gave the go-ahead and CMS is now implementing this quality strategy in an effort to strengthen patient and family engagement, promote effective communication and coordination of care, along with prevention and treatment of chronic disease. It all sounds wonderful in theory, but the details matter. Those details will soon be in the sky directly above you. For example, quality measures for home health begin in January with the OASIS-C2 and measures to be added over the next few years.
