We've experienced the challenges and pitfalls of PCR firsthand as over 1000 claims are processed each week in PCR. Trisha and Lisa will discuss the common reasons to hold an episode prior to submission, what works and what doesn't, what you need to do to keep up with the workload of PCR, and what improvements need to made in documentation. We will share data and tools to make the process more streamlined.
