Description

Among the many challenges presented by COVID-19, post-acute providers needed to ensure individuals had timely access to healthcare providers. Like clinicians at many healthcare providers, doctors faced a dilemma. Physically assessing patients could increase the risk of spreading the virus, especially if doctors visited more than one facility.

In this presentation, Netsmart Vice President of Interoperability AJ Peterson will detail how organizations can leverage technology to provide individuals the care they need, while also reducing the risk of contracting COVID-19. Peterson will discuss the sustainability and growth potential of telehealth initiatives, identifying infrastructure necessary to support similar initiatives.
