Session 16: Therapy Need & Plan of Care (M2200's)
Session 17: Emergent Care (M2300's) and Discharge (M2400's) The Home Health Registered Nurse and other clinicians specializing in OASIS will take an in-depth look at the current guidance and assessment tips in order to accurately complete the OASIS items related to Therapy Need, Plan of Care, Emergent Care and items collected at Discharge.
