The home health industry has not had a change in the Conditions of Participation in 3 decades. The changes to the CoPs are significant and go into effect Jan 13, 2018. Agencies must continue to train staff and revise their policies and processes to be compliant. Do not delay in making the necessary process, education and forms changes

The difficult Patient’s Rights and Care Coordination/care planning/quality of care chapters will be reviewed in detail as well as all of the other Conditions!
