The home health industry has not had a change in the Conditions of Participation in 3 decades. The changes to the CoPs are significant and go into effect Jan 13, 2018. Agencies must continue to train staff and revise their policies and processes to be compliant. Do not delay in making the necessary process, education and forms changes

During this 4-part webinar series, you will learnthe philosophy for the new CoPs, the CoP key changes , guidance on the final rules and responses from CMS as well as information from the Draft Interpretive Guidelines just released Nov 3. We will review the details of all Conditions and Standards, how to build a successful QAPI, infection control, emergency preparedness program, and tips to be successful in implementing these changes in your organization. The difficult Patient’s Rights and Care Coordination/care planning/quality of care chapters will be reviewed in detail as well as all of the other Conditions!
